Update: After posting this review, a service agent immediately called and emailed me back - not to resolve the negative rating, but to honestly answer my question and to investigate whatever system failure occurred. The responses were quick and thorough from there on. Original: I emailed support@ requesting some information on May 2, never receiving a reply. The policy is through Hiscox, and I wondered if the COI was necessary as we are not currently doing business with the previous requesting parties. It was a simple question that I hoped would have been quickly answered. Instead I was completely ignored and only ever received automated reminders as if no real person works for the company. I've been a customer for two years.
