A simple COI issuance on a new Additional Insured company should NOT take days and hours. Our previous broker would issue one within minutes if there is no special wording

Emily @ Bunker was TOPSSS in setting up my renewal & notifying me of the deadline to renew, not to mention she showed exquisite patience with me during this process! I take it that Chubb has been "handed the ball", as it were, here in these matters?!...Do trust that Chubb will attain/ preserve the same high standards that Em & Bunker displayed in their high~level service! Thank you ~ grateful, I remain, MIKE

The renewal process was efficient and quick.

Needed just the basic pages that companies I work with need. Just the coverage amounts per event. Was hoping for more help seeing that I'm a new cliant.

Informed staff was able to answer all my questions and provided clear details regarding relevant options with no push to oversell.

Bunker was totally proactive about notifying me of my coming term expiration and the option to automatically renew. Once I responded to go ahead, they took care of the entire renewal process on my behalf, so I didn't have to do a thing. Very easy!

The company worked very fast and provided a big and reliable insurance company.

Disappointed. Sent two emails to get my COI. No reply at all from support. Even called no one picked up.
