my wings were dry and i only had a handful of frys. i ordered mild and honey bbq and the mild weren’t hot at all, they tasted like medium .

I went to Buffalo wild wings with some friends, food was good nothing wrong there although our waitress Jess seemed completely oblivious to the fact that we are in a global pandemic. She kept pulling up a chair and sitting at our table while taking our order and cashing us out. Not only did she just sit with us but proceeded to cough and not cover her mouth. I understand wearing a mask is fine but it was super disrespectful and made all four of us very uncomfortable. I’m sure her intentions were not to make us feel uncomfortable but however, she didn’t respect any social distancing. This was not only our table but every table around us.

In simple words, I would say do not waste your evening here. Very bad customer service and bad management.

I Just picked an ordee, and my ultime nachos were only tortilla chips, a little of pico,, cheese, sourcream, Iam very upset. This is the second time I ordee online and same order.

So today on September 12 2020 @9:28 pm I placed an order for a total of 60 wings.. 25 plain 25 mild and 10 buffalo and an order of mozzarella sticks with celery on the side, for a total of almost $80!We pick up the order, 35 minutes later, and receive 50 plain and 10 buffalo with mozz sticks and celery on the side.. So we call and the manager he says he will replace the 25 wings and they will be ready for pick up in 15 min! We arrived at 1120 and didnt receive our order for another 25 min.. I work for the central kitchen down town and i know it takes 8 minutes to fry a dozen wings. This is totally unacceptable! In every aspect not to mention the wings were just thrown in a box,mind you 25 wings and sauce just slopped over them. After all this time the wings were over done! This is totally unacceptable!!

I ordered a basket of onion rings and traditional wings to go, as I always do. The onion rings were barely a regular order if that. I called and spoke to General Manager, DREW BRUNER in OWENSBORO, KY. This man had the audacity to argue with me and said he weighed and approved my order and he is sorry that I don’t like their food! Basically called me a liar over some onion rings! I asked for contact info for his manager (call me Karen), then he offered to mail me a coupon LOL. So unprofessional it was unreal. Terrible customer service.

Awful experience. We had a party of six. It took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge we entered the restaurant. The restaurant was not busy. All of the food was barely mediocre. The brisket sandwich had two tiny pieces of meat on it which were literally smaller than the three pickles. My guess is they ran out of brisket, as they ran out of multiple other items and served it anyway. The server asked if we wanted to talk to the manager as she realized things were not coming out from the kitchen looking very good. So we said ok. I told the manager about the sandwich and she said she needed to see it. It had already been taken away. The manger accused us of wanting free food. I assured her that was not the case. Our bill was approximately $150. I told her I didn’t feel as though I should have to pay for the sandwich as there really was very very very little meat on it. The bun went back to the kitchen completely whole as I wasn’t going to eat it. She said if I didn’t pay for the sandwich she would call the police. I could not believe her behavior. It was radical. We will never never never go back to this restaurant nor will anyone I know if they hear of our experience. It was surreal to have a “manager” of a restaurant attack us when it was the restaurant that was failing in every way. I don’t know how this restaurant is still open after reading other reviews and experiences from other patrons. I inquired about others’ experiences at this restaurant on one of my Facebook Zionsville groups and I immediately received 10 messages about how they were unhappy with this restaurant as well. I am still shocked about how terrible our experience was.

i give this one star because it gave me, my couisin, andy best freing food poisening. Then i went with my mom and got it agin! BAD. dont eat here! It's also unsanity.
