Went yesterday afternoon with my kids. Cause they really wanted some wings. As we enter the restaurant there was no host at all. We waited at the front desk for 5-6 minutes and even-though team members last by, not even a welcome we got. No, we are sorry, be right with you. Really! We got NO SERVICE! I try calling the Manager but of course no luck. Now I now why the have less than three stars on their reviews.

Buffalo Wild Wings has been by far my favorite place for wings for 10+ wings now, especially the boneless! Yum! Like many other people during COVID, I have not been out much or even got much restaurant food. I decided this past Thursday to go to BWW recalling they do BOGO boneless wings on Thursday. And since it had been so long since I had eaten there, my mouth was watering and I got a large order of wings for MYSELF! I picked up my order to go and got home. I was greatly disturbed with the taste of the wings. I tried 3, 4, 5, 6 of them and they were barely edible. I had to start spitting them out- they were not good and the meat was hard. I could not believe it considering - as I said- these were my favoritest wings! I thought maybe it was me. So I put them aside and tried them again the next day. Same thing! YUCK! I ended up having to toss them out they were gross. So sad! :( What happened to BWW?!?

Wiffie and I came in for a late evening dinner date. We were greeted with the best server/hostess.Her name was Bre. Her customers service skills were ON POINT! Our Adult beverages...TOP SHELF Long Island Ice Tea, was the TRUTH. Of course, food was awesome...GR8 JOB GUYS!!

I am beyond frustrated with the Vacaville BWW. I went in to pick up my food and they forgot to give me a side of large fries which I paid around $8 for. They did not give me any dress For my big order. I called and they told me to go back; which I live 25 minutes away so noo. I asked for a partial refund on those fries and they said they could only take down my name and number and just give me fries next time. I asked if there was anyother thing they could do and they hung up on me. I called again and they hung up on me again. Definitely not going back. My friends and family wont either!

We ordered takeout and the food was ready on time. The staff was very nice but, the wings did not come with any sauce. They were dry like paper! The cauliflower wings were ok. We ended up using the sauce at home to flavor the wings. We were excited for both kinds of sauces we had picked for 2 sets of wings one being Carolina reaper sauce

Bartender asked me to sit at a table for service ! Then I sat down and received absolutely no service! I had to get up 3 times to order my drinks and food from the same server !! He then dropped the order of wings and left not explaining the sauce or nothing

This is just a statement of one store to the next. We went to a peoria Illinois location in grand Prarie mall and just made it in the door when a Karen worker came running out stating that we had to wear a mask to come in tho its a eating place and its a law we wear them! We responded that we will take our business elsewhere. In contrary we went to the east peoria location and no comments were made and they just asked us where we'd like to sit. Excellent service at the east peoria location but the one at grand Prarie trying to force masks upon us is not right. It is not an actual law on wearing a mask and just an over step from the governor. East peoria 5 star
