Not sure what the reviews are about, my experience was seemless, they must have updated they’re response system because I had a little hiccup and was responded to quickly and professionally, definitely will buy again!

Got some great gifts for the holidays from them. Was able to contact them at BuffalovelyHelp at gmail dot com for anyone else having issues.

Buffalovely has great gifts that are always a hit! Love their stuff. My things arrived on time and well packed. ☺️

Buffalovely has great gift ideas for my co workers so I ordered a few things for them. After one soap dispenser showed up cracked, they sent me another right away. I contacted them at buffalovelyhelp at gmail dot com and they responded quickly, and were able to get everything resolved. If anyone else is having an issue I’d recommend reaching out to them there!

I ordered something in July that was never sent and they will not respond to emails or messages and comments on social media. I’ve been polite and patient. Leaving this review is a last resort. I ordered from them once a year or two ago with no issue. I don’t know what the deal is, but the customer service is horrible and they have taken my money and ghosted me without the product I ordered. I will never order from them again and would recommend against anyone doing so.

It has been 23 days since I ordered the Hocus Pocus "I smell children" embroidery hoop. I have followed this company for a few years because I thought their products were funny. This experience was my first order. I received an order confirmation on 10/10, but have not received anything further since then. I have reached out via email three times and via IG. The only response I received on IG on 10/30 was "Hey-so your order didn't arrive yet?" They asked me this when the order confirmation said I should have received a notification when the item shipped, but I never received a shipping notification? Makes me think they knew it hadn't shipped but didn't really care? Getting no additional response - even something like, "sorry! we're busy, things are backed up!" would be helpful to provide some reassurance that my money wasn't just stolen from me. This site doesn't have any public reviews on FB, nor does it have a customer service number to call, and no mailing address on their website. Very little transparency overall. I should have trusted my gut and not ordered from Buffalovely. Don't shop the snark.

Same issue everyone else is having, took my money, won't ship the item, won't respond to messages. Trash company.

Ordered item on 10/9. It’s 10/25 and still not here. Only way to contact them was email- its been almost a week and no response back from them. This company is horrible!!!! Do not purchase anything from them!!!
