Massive decline in service and quality
When this brand was new, I loved the merchandise and ordered several times. Recent order quality is awful, and I’m still waiting for an item I ordered three months ago. Will not order again.

No gifts for Valentines Day this year
I ordered mugs from this business on Jan 27 to use as Valentines Day gifts but they never arrived ! I guess I’m one of the lucky ones because at least I had my money refunded. No apology, no please let us assist you, no nothing! Cute mugs but absolutely no customer service!!!
