Product will be sent to me. I put incomplete address when I ordered. It was my fault and not BUDK.
Response from BUDKMay 12, 2023
Hello! We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order, and we completely understand your frustration. We would gladly open an investigation and inquire where the shortcomings are implicated with the selected third party courier as items leave our warehouse. It can be very disappointing when an order doesn't arrive as expected and we will do what we can to make this right for you. In order to help you resolve this issue, could you please provide more details about your orders? Specifically, if you could provide the order numbers, we can look into this further and see what might be causing the delay. BUDK takes its commitment to customer service seriously, and we want to make sure that you receive the products you ordered in a timely and reliable manner. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and hope to have the opportunity to make things right. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we look forward to speaking with you soon.
