I did my research prior to ensure I was still getting a quality product, despite the substantial savings. I love the ability to put my order on auto order so I always have product on hand. I have only had to call customer service once, and they were very quick to resolve my issue. Highly recommend!

I have been using BudgetPetCare for my dogs & cats heartworm/flea & tick prevention for many years now. Their treatment prices are the best, no Rx from my vet is needed & all the products are top quality. They make it so easy with excellent customer service- there is no reason to shop around. Shipping is free & I have never had a package go missing ever. Delivered right to my door! In this particular order, Bravecto Plus for my cats, there was a special going on that included an extra dose for free. These kind of perks are just another reason I always use BudgetPetCare. Had a great experience with this company. I Orderes Simparica Trio from them at very competitive pricing and everything arrived as promised. Shipping was a bit slow as the item was shipped from Canada, but overall a very good experience. I will order from them again in the future.

I am very disappointed with this company. They do not inform customers in advance that orders are shipped from China, which results in very long delivery times. I ordered medicine, but it still hasn’t arrived after several weeks. The company does not provide clear delivery timelines, so customers are left waiting without knowing when their order will finally arrive. If I had known about these delays, I would never have ordered from them. I do not recommend this company!
