Impossibile acquistare dal sito rifiuta il pagamento

Placed order for two meds that normally require Rx in the US. Order came but boxes look nothing like those advertised online. Item was shipped from Singapore. Hard to reach customer service but finally got through. When I asked if these meds came from China I could not get a straight answer. Rep just said box contains what is printed on box. Well, China is WELL KNOWN for counterfeit products and especially medicine. They gave us the Covid virus so I don't trust ANYTHING coming out of China. Recreating a box is simple. Doesn't guarantee item inside is legit. It may be but I am not giving my dogs something that could potentially harm them. I asked for refund and company is supposedly sending me a shipping envelope. Will see but I am contesting the charge on my credit card. BUYER BEWARE !!!

I ordered product in March there was never any tracking. When I sent the form to request information it went nowhere. When I finally got a response 2 months later it was through their customer service email and they said it was too late to refund or send me new product. I asked multiple times for tracking in hopes that I could see where the product went. They refused to provide a tracking number. Buyer beware I got scammed.

Negativissimoooo.... Non acquistate nulla se non desiderate perdere i vostri soldi per un acquisto che non arriverà mai... Assenza totale e nessuna consegna...Spariti....

Se fosse possibile dare nessuna stella lo farei, dico solo che mi hanno derubato. Ho acquistato delle pasticche per il mio cane Nexgard Spectra Tab che non ho mai ricevuto, mentre dal tracking risultano essere state consegnate!!! Vergogna!!

I have used this company for years. Unfortunately this year their pricing has sky rocketed and their customer service treat you like you're illiterate and very rude. I was going to place an order that would have been over the $49 requirement to not have to pay the additional $9.95 for non tracking shipping. So, pay for the product, pay for shipping and you get no tracking information for that price. Really, WTH? I was told due to tarriff's. Tarriff's that are no longer in effect affects the fact that your company does not honor what is shown on your website???!! What??? Disapponted doesn't cover what I am feeling. For less than what they want to charge I can go to a local clinic and just pick it up. Actually CHEAPER than what this company wants. And I don't have to wait 3-4 or even 5 weeks. WOW
