1.Company is located in Canada so I was under impression that is where orders came from 2.Package was processed and sent from Singapore 3.My mailing address on invoice is correct however my package and tracking confirmation shows package was delivered in a city 50 miles away from my address. I am a first time customer and I will NEVER use this HORRIBLE company again.

Big scam company. They will take your money and never send the product. Then they’ll email you saying they’ll take care of it, but never do. Today I received 41 emails of the exact same email from them. Totally strange! I’ve been dealing with them for 7 months and still haven’t received the order or a refund. They sure knew how to process the payment though! Stay far away from this company

Why does the actual box state there are 3 doses but has a sticker that was added saying there are 6 doses? I ordered 6 doses, but this makes me wonder if there is an issue with the product's authenticity or quality. It's very concerning for my dogs' health. Also, the product is now being shipped from Singapore. It used to be shipped from the UK. I've left reviews on the website, but they never seem to show up on the website.

I've been ordering the NexGuard Spectra from them for about a year. I thought these meds were coming from the UK but actually READ the shipping label - Singapore. So other than the three week delivery time, I've had no negative issues with the product or the company. Customer Service has been acceptable. There's always some kind of discount available and their prices are below the competition. I have NO reason to discontinue our relationship.

I have been buying flea and tick preventative and heart worm preventative for my dogs and cats for years from Budget Pet Care. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM! Shipping times can vary so I never wait until the last minute to order. Products are name brand and reliable. This company has saved me thousands of dollars over the years and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I was sold a counterfeit revolution plus cat flea medicine. Ok use this product on my cat and I normally buy from my vet for months. The product received does not work at all. After two months, my cat is full of fleas and has developed a rash where the product is applied. I contacted them via messenger and email and so far, no answers.
