I’ve checked again, but unfortunately I still cannot find any customer or order associated with the email address you provided. I also tried emailing you directly, but the message bounced back because that email address does not appear to exist. In addition, the reference number you supplied, 9933, does not match the BudgetForex order format, as our order numbers are 5 digits long. I genuinely want to find your order and understand what happened. If I had been able to identify your purchase, I would absolutely take responsibility for any mistake on my side and resolve it. Could you please clarify whether the purchase was definitely made from BudgetForex.com, and if possible provide a valid email address, payment receipt, or order confirmation?
