Bud always responded positively and honestly to any issue
Bud, the guy in charge, has always responded positively any question or issue with any product I purchased. This site has become my reference for any and all trading-related purchases. 5 Stars or 6 if there were.

***UPDATE:
Hi Barry,
Thank you for providing your details through Trustpilot.
I’ve checked again, but unfortunately I still cannot find any customer or order associated with the email address you provided. I also tried emailing you directly, but the message bounced back because that email address does not appear to exist.
In addition, the reference number you supplied, 9933, does not match the BudgetForex order format, as our order numbers are 5 digits long.
I genuinely want to find your order and understand what happened. If I had been able to identify your purchase, I would absolutely take responsibility for any mistake on my side and resolve it.
Could you please clarify whether the purchase was definitely made from BudgetForex.com, and if possible provide a valid email address, payment receipt, or order confirmation?
All BudgetForex products are digital and delivered instantly, so I would really like to get to the bottom of this.
Thank you,
Bud
***Original reply:
I’m sorry to see this review, but unfortunately I cannot find any order under the name Barry Luton, nor do I have any failed or pending orders that match this situation.
All BudgetForex products are digital products with instant download delivery, and I also cannot find any previous email or support request from you regarding a missing order.
Please contact me directly ([email protected]) with your order number or the email address used for the purchase, and I’ll be very happy to investigate immediately.
If you have reviewed the wrong company by mistake, I would kindly ask you to update or remove the review.
Thank you,
Bud
