So far, as this is my very first time booking with Budgetelitetravel, Alice has done an excellent job! Everything that was promised with issuing my tickets and insurance was completed, not to mention my specific seat assignments. Now, if my airline does what it should, all is good. Alice is very efficient at her job, so do not hesitate to call her personally! Various other sites that are more well-known were actually a lot more money for biz class. Edit: Make sure you keep every hard copy from this company, as they will try not to reimburse you for things like 50% of fares or anything else promised if not in writing. Also, this company seems to have a high turnover, so buyer beware. Choose the airline itself instead!
