don't answer phone quickly and usually have to be called back .Web site seemed to be stuck Once connected good service

I cancelled a trip last year, and was able to use my credit to purchase another flight. It seemed to be more complicated and took numerous emails, texts, and phone calls to get the flight complete, but in the end, it will get us there at little out of pocket expense.

Britney helpful; I would have liked a slightly better price but she has to work with what's available.

Really tried hard to get the right flight and did t give up thankyou moshin

My agent is good.

Overall, this was a good experience. I was hesitant at first, but we got the flights I needed. Haven't traveled yet, so we'll see. Plus: Quick response to my inquiry and follow up. Minus: After confirming booking request, the travel dates changed multiple times. Also, you can't verify the booking directly with the airline.

The agent was diligent in her efforts to assist but I must say the process had many twist and turns before the tickets were issued.

The ticket agent was diligent, courteous, professional and true to her word.
