This was an amazing experience when I booked. Afterwards, there was little or no responses to my emails over pre checking as we were told not to do it ourselves as the ticket could be invalidated. Flight time on my return from Cairo was two hours off without receiving any updated information. No response at all about pre check on my return flights.

Customer service was lacking. Would not reply to my emails or voice mails. I had to continue to try and get a hold of someone to talk to. The person that finally helped me was definitely not very friendly or very helpful! Yes, we got the problem solved but not a good experience at all!!
