I’m working with Chin Collin’s for a flight from USA TO EUROPE. She give a really good ticket. She was so patient with me. I really appreciate her way of communicating. Will recommend this site to my friends and family. Thank you Chin!

Got several different quotes with several different airlines and different points for layover, etc.. So far the rate seems great and we booked, flight has not occurred yet, so I don’t know if we will have any issues at the gate but so far so good :-)

Kevin helped me get tickets from Miami to Port Louis Mauritius. Then from Doha back to Miami. Complicated trip. Thanks.

I bought the ticket from Sunshine from WAS->BLR for ~2129 and she sent me a receipt for WAS-MUC. I said I need a receipt from WAS->BLR and she said but it stops in MUC. But I said it goes on to BLR. She said she would request it and will get back to me. I have sent several messages and my company will deal with her directly if she doesn't cooperate.
Response from BudgetelitetravelFeb 22, 2024
Dear Padma, the tickets were issued as requested. A minor discrepancy occurred in the email subject, however the itinerary is accurate and complete. We apologize if it caused any inconvenience.

Customer service was lacking. Would not reply to my emails or voice mails. I had to continue to try and get a hold of someone to talk to. The person that finally helped me was definitely not very friendly or very helpful! Yes, we got the problem solved but not a good experience at all!!

Dear Dan, thank you for voicing your concern. We do apologize for any inconvenience.
