Everything worked out well in the end but since my tickets were promotional, it was a little more complicated getting all the tickets with many destinations. Ashton was very good and worked everything out in the end.

Overall, this was a good experience. I was hesitant at first, but we got the flights I needed. Haven't traveled yet, so we'll see. Plus: Quick response to my inquiry and follow up. Minus: After confirming booking request, the travel dates changed multiple times. Also, you can't verify the booking directly with the airline.
