Arrived rock hard frozen. Bought the ribeyes- the fat melts in your mouth and the steak was very tender and favorful. I have been in some form of the food service business my entire life. This was my first time eating Bison and would eat it all the time over beef if given a choice

Steaks were the best we've ever had, tender and juicy. Worth the money although we can't afford them very often. Easy to order and pay. Delivered when promised.
