Magalí Fernández is the reason I'm taking the time to write this review. She is worth 6 out of 5 stars for her amazing customer support. Regardless of the experience you may have using bucketlisters, ask for Maglí. Her title should be bumped from `Customer Care Representative` to `Sr. Customer Care Representative`. I had an error with my Booking Process which required additional seniority reporting. My only recommendation to improve the experience is to give Maglí the authority to execute customer requests.

I want to give a shout-out to Magalí Fernández in the customer care department. I bought tickets for the wrong date for a concert. Weekend of my birthday. I was freaking out thinking I was going to have to change the plans but she was able to help me and change the tickets for the right date. Saved my birthday plans! Would definitely use bucket listers again!

This website has amazing and unique events happening all the time in our area. My friends and family are amazed how many fun things I have found by using bucket listers. It is easy to book online and Customer Service is also super helpful. We are so looking forward to attending the Candyland pop-up restaurant later this month.
