So I filled out a survey for my pharmacy and it said if you fill out the survey you get a free prize all you have to do is pay for shipping... So as I'm going through I see the bath bombs that honestly I've always wanted to try!! It takes me to bubbly belle website The problem with this whole thing is as soon as the website comes up it's nothing but promotions get me for a dollar oh wait you want free shipping pick two more that come to find out or $13.95 each and that's not the worst part It asks for your credit card information which is fine... But after you put in your credit card information instead of taking me to check out for me to say yes or no for the things that I was looking at it takes me to more promotions that I click on to see what they are to see if I'm interested in them and the whole time it's just saying either pick one or skip so click skip oh I don't get no check out I get confirmation!! I have no idea by the time I get done on this promotional 30% off 50% off website That the things I clicked on I have now purchased!!!! Membership some kind of entries all kind of stuff that added up to $60!!!!! Not $5.95 shipping!!!!!???? So not only did I have to call my bank I had to call the company to find out why there was two separate charges on my card and what I got charged for come to find out you don't just pay shipping you do pay for your bubbly belle balls!!! nowhere on there did I agree to some kind of membership which I'm not even sure is fully canceled cuz all I do is get a refund but at least I got my refund like 5 days later still haven't gotten the two balls I paid for... This is a joke!!!

Excellent customer service! Ok maybe not all of the customer service is excellent. The bath bombs omg! These are not cheap poor quality ones you can find elsewhere. These are amazing. I have medical issues with my legs and feet, I used the massage 1 and it totally helped lessen the pain. I am very happy. The rings are a nice perk. Unfortunately I did notice that the price before you click to buy it is different from what you pay by about $3 each. That adds up. I sent a few emails and have heard nothing back. Rather disappointed. I was smart enough on my last order before subscription order to take screenshots. I even have the email back from "princess" who was like ,what are you complaining for you won a free ring worth up to $100. I really think the last few cs reps just didn't care. I cancelled my 2 subscriptions. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service now. O still love the products but the service has wrecked it.

First thing I want to say was wrong was i tried to get the bath bomb for 1 dollar that was advertised they needed more money so the way they promote this is by using that I was thinking the 3 other I was picking was ones i also like if they didn't have the one I chose but no it was adding more orders which it don't tell you but by the time you put in credit card info you end up paying 30 plus dollars it was too late I already put in my card info so I just kept I as is but I deff didn't feel comfortable after that but since my daughter really wanted 1 I kept the order second I ordered Feb 15 called to see what was going on with my order Feb 18th was told my order would be ship in five days called today feb 25 and was told my order wasn't shipped yet because orders are prioritize but you people didn't have a problem scamming me out of my money you company is a joke and you can respond all you want with your sweet word play I can careless just make sure I get my refund in 5 days or I will be calling back you people are a joke

This company has worked closely with me. I found them to be trustworthy in there business. I love there product,it's exactly the best bath bombs out there. Please try there bath bombs and other products I truly think you'll enjoy them.

I tried to get the free ring and I couldn’t back out of the app and I sent them a text to have them cancel my order but instead they charged me for the order. It cost me a little over 30 dollars and the bath bomb is only supposed to be a 1$ so how do you get 30 from something that is a Dollar. This app is a scam don’t get sucked in I will never mess with them again

I love the rings!!They are great,and you can't wait to see your package come.The bath bombs are great,the smell is wonderful.

I got them sooner than I expected and was so surprised that we got 4 extra rings in the box my one concern is I wish the wouldn't wrap the bath bombs in plastic.

I thought the ring and bomb was free!? You have to buy a 13.97 dollar bomb to enter.
