NOT STERLING SILVER ANY MORE. They buy thousands and thousands of rings from overseas and a lot of the rings from overseas will say .925 but is no longer true. I was super letdown. All of bubbly bells rings are now cheap pieces of steel or brass. It is not sterling silver. All of the balls that you put in your water if those rings get wet they will turn your finger black. I have the email to show you their response. It is not sterling silver

First off I placed an ordered did not sign up for any club do not want anymore of your little bath balls and I am NOT paying 37.00 dollars to stop it..I see you do this a lot to your customers but I will contact BBB if I receive anymore..Stop sending and do not charge my card again..

I truly love these Bath Bombs! The rings are just an added bonus. The most relaxing bath and my skin is so soft after. If you haven't tried one, order today! You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely loved the bath bombs they were amazing. The rings fit great, they had a wonderful smell to them, yes I had problems with shipping on the essential oils but they were backordered, and customer service was great. They helped me out and told me they would get everything caught up and packaged. They have good service, good quality, and I highly recommend!

Bombs are awesome. Smell heavenly and make my skin sooo soft! Absolutely love them I've ordered quit a few from Bubbly Bell,very satisfied and the rings are awesome too! Have given some away to friends who think I'm the bomb!

This company is a scam. They placed my order without my consent after I had received an email that I never completed my order. When I contacted them about that and that the items were never shipped they ignored the complaint and said that I would receive a shipping confirmation in their 3ish day window. I told them I never received this and they then claimed my order was on backorder. The could not show any intent of shipping any products after fraudulently placing and charging me without my consent. Do not buy!

I received my package today. 2 of the balls were not packaged properly while being made and I received them damaged. I called support who wanted pictures, which were sent. I purchased 8 of these for my daughter's birthday, which is on Sunday. I was very upset that customer service was so unhelpful. All they would do is say we will replace the 1 that looks damaged the most and we will not charge you shipping. Spend over $100 on a gift and they will not charge me shipping (great) just what you want to hear. Thanks I like that all your responses are the exact same for a dissatisfied customer. If you really cared about your customers you might want to make each one a little more personal instead of so generic.

I ordered on February 10 it’s now February 28 I contacted customer service on the 24th and they said my order was on the way by FedEx The worst company the worst customer service ever do not order from this company if I could give them zero stars that’s what they would have. I was told by customer service that it was a back order I could’ve ordered from China myself and got them faster.
