I love these bath bombs
I love these bath bombs! They smell divine and not too overpowering. I feel like a little girl again waiting for the "prize" to pop up out of the water! I have also been pleased with their quick email response to questions or problem solving ideas (usually to a mistake I made).

Horrible
Horrible! They had no problem taking my money for both the ring bombs and diffuser yet I still have yet to get anything. They didn't bother to inform me that some of the items were on backorder until I inquired about it. As soon as I told the rep that I wanted to cancel everything and get a refund, I've heard nothing from them.

Not very happy because the ring I…
Not very happy because the ring I received was not true to size so I gave it to my daughter and it turned her finger green. I then wore my ring and it also turned my finger green and to top it off it wasn’t even the pretty one they said I would get....

Fabulous customer service
Fabulous customer service I have been a customer for almost 2 years now, and I’m very pleased with the service. Covid 19 has put a great deal of stress on all businesses and everyday life and I can assure all other customers the extended delays are not common. I’ve only had one mistake with an order and the customer service team was quick to resolve. I absolutely love the bath bombs and the rings are a delight!! Nothing but good things to say Sincerely Susan
