I recently had a birthday, and because of the pandemic, spent it alone with my dog. I was able to take calls, but most of my family and friends live far away from where I live. My children and grandchildren are scattered around between the United States and the U.S.Virgin Islands, so this year, I decided to treat myself to Bubbly Belle bath bombs. I am an elder and since I really can’t utilize them myself, with super sensitive skin, I knew that I was just going to watch them dissolve and pray for a dynamic prize ring on the inside. I don’t know how many of you realize how difficult it must be working tirelessly making these bombs, stuffing them, and having to deal with the odors and such, but regardless of the ultimate prizes, I must say that I appreciate all of the amazing work that these folks do to create these wonderful products, and I am grateful. I don’t know the value of the rings in my bombs as yet, and no, my premium rings didn’t value more than $25.00, but I am still appreciative, and think that especially in these times, it’s important to let others know that their time effort and crafts are appreciated. I have placed 2 separate orders now. Each order had 3 bombs with a bonus ring in each! Bombs smell amazing and the rings are super cute! They're clearly not real and anyone expecting to get a $800 ring in a $14 bath bomb is delusional! They're cute costume rings and worth what you're paying for. I consider it as buying a surprise ring and getting a free bath bomb in the process! Off to place my 3rd order now! 💕

I got my bath bombs last week the starry night one stained my tub black and left a black tent to my skin plus I paid extra for the 100 entries never received them and customer service is no help they said they will replace the bath bomb for free and charged my card never again will I order from this company

Update my review thanks to julie she called me back right away and resolved my issue thank you so much there customer service really is awesome. Thank you again for refunding my money.Ok my first package was delivered to wrong house on 4/30/20 they were sopost to send out a curticy package three weeks ago spoke with them today and barely going out I wanted my mo eyes back they said wait I told them I wait give till next Friday if no package I want money back.it was a mother's day gift and I find it so wrong what I dealing with.

Terrible customer support. Don’t answer questions. When I received the wrong size rings (there were 5 total in my order including 3 of their “premium” rings) - after weeks of going around and around with their support staff and getting different answers, they finally agreed to exchange the rings but then said they will only exchange 3 of the rings and not all 5. Stupid policy. The stones in the rings are really cheap looking and the rings are definitely not silver. They do not look like the photos represented. The bath bombs are really strong smelling and made me sick because they were so flowery. No response to my question if they had any bath bombs without lavender or flowery scents. It would be an easy policy to exchange wrong ring sizes for the right size - but they aren’t customer caring. It’s all about upselling and getting people to subscribe. Definitely a bad experience and I gave them every opportunity to make things right.

I love the smell of the bath bombs and my kids love opening up the rings. However this is the 2nd time ive ordered spending $65 each time and both times only one out of 3 of my bath bombs were in good condition. My daughter uses them in her bath but out of 6 shes only been able to use 2 of them. I wish there was a way to keep the bath bombs from crumbling during shipment like more bubble wrap. My kids want more bath bombs but im not so sure i want to spend that kind of money for the 3rd time just to only be able to use 1
