I placed my order, my daughter and I excitedly waited for it to arrive. Everything came 2 days early. Woot woot get excited.🥳 We were sad to see some of the bathbombs had been broken. So I took pictures and sent a email on Saturday. Out of complete shock not only did I receive a reply but they sent me replacements and a extra one free...holy moly let's talk about the amazing customer service. I will only order from them.from here on out.

Bubbly Belle is just a honest compassionate company. There bath bombs smell amazing! My skin is so soft I don't need lotion the entire day. ( just sun sctreen) I live in a DRY, HOTT DESERT and that is such a great feeling to have nourished looking skin. The rings that come inside the bombs are very pretty. You pick your size...its not 1 size fits all adjustable band like a more expensive competitor with sparkly packaging. ( I don't want to pay for the fancy box my product comes in) If I ever need anything I'm confident in reaching out and know I will be answered literally within 1 day....with the answers and results I'm searching for. I had 1 bath bomb that just wasn't right and us DESERT people often chalk it up to the heat damaging or altering something. I did my review, you are able to do that after every order recieved and after asking assistance...described about the product being " off" but of course the ring is gorgeous. Literally 10 calendar days later my mailbox contained a replacement bath bomb AND ring free of charge! No questions as to if I had damaged it....nope sent me another bath bomb. It was perfect and up to the high standards I've seen this company strive for!!! Thank you BUBBLY BELLE for all that you do and actually caring about clientele. My daughter and I are customers for life💛💙💜💚❤🖤

I give BB bath a 5 star. They are always helpful. Also the bath bombs are nice n big n rings are always so pretty. I am hooked on bubbly belle. Won't even try anyone else.
