The rings are very beautiful and I love of them

I love the ring but it turned color on my fingers and turned my finger green your product is fake jewelry and you should not sale anything like that to people knowing that your jewelry is fake I should report you all to the BBB because no one should have to pay for something like that

I only went to the site cause and ad on FB said it would be $1.50 but I had to buy more than that and at the end a "deal" came up saying that I could get a premium ring for $20 more. I thought well I've already spent this much why not get s nice ring to. So I was pretty excited to get my order I got my order yesterday and wore my rings today and every single one of my fingers have turned green I'm very very disappointed with that I have had a $10 ring on my finger for the last three years that has not even turned my finger any color and the rings that are supposedly worth $25 a piece turn my fingers green in a matter of hours. For what I paid I could have gotten a fairly decent ring that is real! I'm very upset I would not recommend this to anybody else except for maybe a little girl! Danielle

Your website looks fake and like a scam. It was SO difficult to order but I’ve been curious about this for a while. It took me 45 mins to get past all your annoying ass ads, removing all the extra crud I didn’t even want from my cart because you guys built this website so people want to buy more. I AM ONLY GETTING THIS FOR A FRIEND WHO WANTED IT otherwise I would’ve left sooner. Your website absolutely sucks and it’s a scam.

I wish I could leave a better review but I ultimately had to cancel my membership. I'm not a 'bath' person to start, but wanted to try these bath bombs since they sounded so wonderful and who can resist a free ring inside each one!? I had a special discount for first time buying (like $1 or $3 or something...) and was excited. I log on and see my choices - Hmm....a few of these sound wonderful. Make my choice and head to check out. Nope. Here's your chance to get more at a discounted price. That's great, but I don't want any more than the 1 I wanted to try. Is there an option to skip page? NO. I have to choose. Not 1, not 2 but 3 more each with higher costs to them - but still discounted so you don't feel too bad. Alright, I get to the checkout page and I want to remove them and just pay for my 1 but I can't. I also won't get the discount if I don't select the membership. I'm not happy with that, but think - hey, if I really like this, what's the harm? I could cancel the membership after a month or two if I really need to. Put in my payment information, click all the boxes and look at the total - OMG. These are the most expensive bath products I've ever purchased. They better be AMAZING! I'm still excited to receive them (although still frustrated with the cost) and the comes where they are supposed to arrive. Nope. Where are they!? I wait another week. Nope. Nothing. I contact customer service and they tell me that nothing has been shipped because one of the fragrances I chose was out of stock. REALLY!? And no one told me about it being delayed? So I ask if they can just ship what is available and send me the other when it comes in - they actually were very nice and offered me another in-stock option of my choice as a replacement. Ok, I can deal with that and made my selection. They arrived fairly quickly after my email interaction with CS. Excited - I couldn't wait until the evening to take my bath. I chose one to use, started the bath water, opened the bath bomb and dropped it in. It started to fizzle and spread color immediately. This is cool. It smelled pretty good too. Alright - this isn't too bad. I thought "Am I gonna get stained this color though?" HAHA I took my bath, I felt smooth, the faint smell was still on me - but I had to rinse myself and the tub afterwards to get everything off of me. No, I wasn't stained, but felt slimy until I rinsed. Drying off, my skin felt great though. Now to the ring!! It bobbed in the water as the bath bomb fizzed away. I couldn't wait until I was done with the bath to look at it. I opened the plastic case and pulled it out. This is very pretty! Tried it on - it fit perfectly! Now to check the code...the exciting part. I log in to my iPad and check the code online. It comes up with a $20 evaluation. Wow, not too bad. That covered the cost of one of the bath bombs. Maybe this won't be so bad after all. can't wait to open the others. Time goes by and I've taken the other baths, checked the other rings. I left the membership on for another month. In between that time, I got an email with a special code as a thank you for signing up, and free rings to go along with the free shipping and special pricing. I'm thinking - heck ya! Log in enter the codes, sure....you get that special price - but you must buy all of these to continue through to payment. No skipping. You don't select these higher priced ones, you don't get your free shipping or your $1, or your free set of rings from the more expensive group. Once again, I accept this and get the purchase. This time, I hammer the bath bomb open to get the ring - I didn't like the smells of the others and didn't like the bath of the 2nd and 3rd so could care less about the bath bomb. Check the rings online - not bad - the more expensive batch was $25 then there were some $15 and $20s as well. Nothing more than this. All in all, I still don't have anything that adds up to more than what I've paid for bath bombs I'll never use. Sure, the customer service was very helpful - when I brought it to their attention first. The rings are pretty to look at, but I'm not sure if they are valued at that for real, but possibly. All in all, some parts of this was great but most wasn't - at least to my liking - so I cancelled the membership. And, remember - a $1 offer is NEVER going to be just $1. Good luck out there. Hopefully someone will really get something that is of some real value and make it worth it for them.

I have been ordering on and off for a couple of months. The quality of the rings themselves is a lot to be desired! The pricing of each rings value is inflated. I’m not sure who assessed the value but that person is way off base! Also the last order I sent in for the Christmas tree bath bomb exploded all over the tub and I fished out and still am little mini pinecone pieces! Smelled horrible. Also this last order with the balance bath bomb really was awful! The aroma was like sitting next to a bunch of wet branches being used to build a fire! Took 2 days, 1 can of Lysol cleaner and at least 2 gallons of hot water to get rid of that horrible smell! Has there been a shift in employees or management that is causing this company to totally have a “I don’t care about the customer cuz I still get money or unemployment no matter what attitude?” I’m not a happy camper at all!

I love my ring. It was only a $15 one but looks much more expensive. The hardest part is waiting to use the next bath bomb!

The customer service is great, very helpful and friendly. I didn't particularly care for the bombs personally and I feel as much money as I spent I could've gotten a better variety of rings. I got the same three rings like 5 times each. But that was just my personal experience. I am not leaving a bad review for the simple fact that y'all were very quick and responsive to my issue and corrected it immediately. So thank you for your great service!!!!
