I ordered from BTArtboxnails and my order never showed up. And there is no phone number for me to call to get help! The whole process has been a mess. I would not buy from here again.

The uc light doesn’t even effing work!
The uv light they sent me didn’t work but they made things better by sending me a free set of nails and a new lamp with express shipping. Now that’s how you run a business!!Excellent customer service!

I ordered about 10 pairs of press on…
I ordered about 10 pairs of press on nails and it said it would be delivered 3-5 business days and it was stuck in the same state for 1 week.. which isnt the state i live in.. still not har received the nails. I love this brand of nails but will order only thru amazon in the future.

Not responsive at all.
Not responsive at all. I received a response after my 5th email to them and it was not helpful! I will not order from them again! Glamnetic is better quality for less money. Will use them instead!
