Hi， Aoife We are sincere apologize for the all trouble you've experienced this time. The first time we sent your package with USPS, but something went wrong. So, out of concern, we used DHL to ship it again. However, we didn't expect that the DHL system's logistics label would not show your apt number. It might be that the system couldn't recognize the address line 2. We have repeatedly checked the order system and confirmed that the address submitted to the third-party logistics company system for you has an apartment number. As a merchant, we will not arbitrarily change the customer's delivery address unless the customer requests it. This is the most basic principle.
