The ordering process was fairly simple, and the processing time was quick. The shipment lagged a bit at no fault of BTArtboxnails.

They use YunExpress as their logistic provider, who have shocking bad reviews. 1.5 stars. I’ve had issues with the ‘last-mile handover’. It seems to be lost/stuck at a sorting centre in London. BTArtboxnails customer service report that they’re awaiting for Royal Mail to collect however, they’ve confirmed that they haven’t receive any information about the items. They said this is highly unusual and they suggested that i request a refund, as they believe it may be lost. YunExpress has not sent them any information/tracking for this item and they do not even know where it currently is. BTArtboxnails also said that it may be due to black Friday and Royal Mail being sort staff. The items were placed well before Black Friday and Royal Mail reported that they’re not expressing any delay. It seems the ‘last-mile handover’ is a common issue with YunExpress. YunExpress has not responded to me at all. BTArtboxnails, in my opinion, has not taken any responsibility for the issues and have not really done anything to resolve this. It a shame because the product seems to have great reviews however, they’ve knowingly using a shocking bad logistic provider. In my opinion, they aware of the delays at this stages of delivery and seem to care very little and will just dismiss your concerns. I’ve recently ordered from another brand, which were delivered within 3-4days. With lovely personal touches.

Overall, I love BTARTNAILBOX! The only press ons I wear. For the most part the nails fit most of my nails. The checkout process is great, quick and easy. I will forever be a btartnailbox girlie

I am a first time buyer and I love the product. The nail glue actually holds and the nail designs look like I just left the salon. Only thing that I don’t like about the nails there aren’t any thumb nails to fit my nail bed so the thumb nail keeps popping off.

My experience with this product was somewhat positive. It was my first time trying a set from this particular company, and I encountered challenges with the gel glue application. Despite following the instructions, the gel glue did not adhere well to certain fingers even after curing. As a result, I had to resort to using traditional nail glue on a couple of fingers to ensure a secure bond. However, upon completion, I received compliments on the overall appearance of the nails, likening them to a professional salon finish. This positive feedback was reassuring, despite the initial issues I faced with the gel glue application.
