Order Issue: Item Not Received - 3 Weeks Delay
To whom it may concern,
I am writing regarding an order placed approximately three weeks ago. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any of the items.
The payment for this order was successfully processed and sent to Amazon Europe. Despite the transfer being completed, I have received absolutely no updates or tracking information about the shipment's status since placing the order.
Three weeks is a significant delay, and the complete lack of communication is concerning. I urgently request an update on the status of my order and when I can expect delivery.
Thank you
Response from B-Stock SolutionsDec 23, 2025
We’re sorry for the frustration this delay has caused and completely understand your concern—waiting without updates is never a good experience.
We do want to look into this for you; however, we weren’t able to locate an account or order using the name provided in this review. We requested additional information nearly a week ago so we could identify your account and investigate, but we haven’t received a response yet.
Please reach out to us directly with the order number and the email address used on your B-Stock account, and we’ll be happy to review the status of your order and provide an update as quickly as possible. We’re here to help and want to get this resolved for you.

I have to say
I have to say, this was the worst live support experience I've ever had. The person I spoke with only responded with recorded answers, and even then, I received my responses late. When they couldn't answer my last question, they ended the call. I suspect they were connecting to live support via the app from their phone while driving. This is surprising for a company like this.
Response from B-Stock SolutionsDec 30, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about this experience and understand how frustrating that must have felt, especially when you were seeking real-time help. That’s certainly not the level of support we aim to provide.
To clarify, our customer support team does not use scripted or recorded responses, and our agents work from secured systems—not mobile devices while driving. That said, we take feedback like this seriously and want to understand exactly what happened so we can address it appropriately.
We did reach out through Trustpilot over two weeks ago requesting additional details so we could look into this interaction, but we haven’t received a response yet. Without that information, we’re unfortunately unable to investigate further or follow up with the agent involved.
If you’re willing, please reply to our Trustpilot message with the requested details so we can review this more closely and ensure future interactions meet the standard you should expect.

To start off
To start off, I have buying from them for over 8 years and have spent over $359,000 on inventory.
I started a direct contract with them and was told there was no back orders so i took the contract. Yet there was about $15000 in back orders. I was not prepared for that and would not have taken it if my sales person would have told me that.
Long story short i hot behind but ended up catching up and paying it all.
Yet before i did their finance department blocked my bidding, suspended my account and canceled my contract that only has a few weeks left.
As well kept calling, texting and emailing me like i wasnt going to pay after all ive spent.
So basicly 8 years of buying down the drain and they dont care .
They dont care about the relationship and small business’s, they only want your money.
Bad business and just bad experience. I guess there Ceo is not for small businesses, only money.
Response from B-Stock SolutionsDec 11, 2025
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we truly appreciate your many years of partnership with us. Your feedback matters. Our business was built around helping small businesses grow, and we never want anyone to feel unsupported.
We understand how frustrating the contract backlog and account restrictions must have felt. While our Finance team is responsible for managing risk across the platform, we also recognize how important clear communication and trust are, especially with long-standing buyers like yourself. We’re sorry this situation caused stress during an already challenging period.
It does appear that the matter has now been fully resolved and your account access has been restored. Thank you for your patience and for working with our team to get everything back on track.
We value relationships deeply, and your feedback helps us improve the way we support our buyers moving forward. If there’s anything more you’d like to discuss or anything we can do to better support your business, we’re here for you.

DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID
I completed application to purchase from B Stock on November 20, 2025. Sent in all needed paperwork and it was instantly approved. It shows valid on my B Stock profile. I purchased QVC13330 order. I paid immediately. Then I get email that I need to complete registration before they will ship my order out. WTF? Why was I allowed to purchase and PAY for order if I wasn't completely registered? This is when the scam started. Jon and Precious (supposedly supervisors)give you the runaround about refunding your account.
I had to get local Ontario police involved. BEWARE OF SCAMS WITH BSTOCK
Response from B-Stock SolutionsDec 11, 2025
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry for the frustration; we know this wasn’t the smooth start you hoped for.
To clarify, some sellers on our platform (including QVC) require specific tax exemption documentation before an order can be released. While your B-Stock account was approved, the documents on file for that seller were incomplete, so the order could not ship. When the documentation wasn’t finalized, the order was canceled.
An email on 12/8 was sent regarding how to help us process your refund.
We want to reassure you that there was no scam involved, just a documentation requirement that paused the order and ended up resulting in a canceled order. Our team is here to assist. For quicker responses we recommend using the chat feature on our website.

I waited over 28 days to get a pallet…
I waited over 21 days to get a pallet from QVC warehouse in Ontario, CA that is only 40 mins from my home. B Stock won't help you until after 14 days of non receipt. Mind you B Stock and QVC has your money. $1400 of my money. Finally b/c I was upset of no order being delivered after 23 days or any mention of a refund, my order was pulled off TForce truck and cancelled. Do you think I would get refund? NO. I had to contact my bank to reimbursement me. BStock still sends me emails regarding my order. This company is scamming many customers every day. Read reviews before you are roped into scam
Response from B-Stock SolutionsDec 11, 2025
We’re really sorry for the experience you had. We understand how frustrating long shipping timelines can be, especially when the warehouse is nearby.
Because we work with liquidation and recommerce inventory, shipping isn’t the same as standard retail fulfillment. Carriers and warehouses often need 7–14 business days to prepare and move freight orders, which is why we must allow that timeframe to pass before stepping in. We know that doesn’t make the delay any easier, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
We do want to be clear: B-Stock is not a scam. We’ve been in business for more than 15 years and work with many of the nation’s top retailers to help small businesses grow. We also never hold refunds once an order is officially canceled. Those are processed by our Finance team as soon as we receive confirmation from the seller and carrier.
If you're still receiving emails about this order, please reach out so we can update your account and make sure everything is closed out properly. We truly appreciate the feedback and the chance to improve your experience.

Beware buying loads from Costco as they…
Beware buying loads from Costco as they frequently misrepresent the condition of the items. Be prepared for a dispute process to be designed heavily in favor of the seller and not the buyer. If you do have to do a dispute know it will be around 2 months to get your money back and they try to force it on you to accept bstock credit versus an actual refund to your bank. Make sure to document all pallets and loads before opening and be prepared to perform a lot of documentation followed by long periods of wait time. You as a buyer have 5 days to respond with any requested information or the dispute gets closed automatically. The seller gets 3 weeks + to respond and will deny refunding any shipping costs even though half the load you paid to ship was broken.
Response from B-Stock SolutionsDec 30, 2025
We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and understand how challenging this experience must have been, especially when you’re dealing with damaged items and the added stress of a dispute process.
Our mediation team’s role is to work toward a fair resolution for both buyers and sellers based on the listing details, documentation provided, and the terms agreed to at purchase. While the process does require documentation and set response timelines, those requirements are in place so all parties are evaluated consistently and fairly. Refund timelines can vary depending on seller participation and payment method, and when refunds are issued, buyers may choose between an account credit or a return to the original payment method.
We genuinely want to review your situation in more detail. We reached out through Trustpilot about two weeks ago requesting additional information so we could look into your specific order and dispute, but we haven’t received a response yet. Without those details, we’re unable to investigate further.
If you’re willing, please reply to our Trustpilot message with the requested information so we can take a closer look and see how we can help.

The FF Problem: Why Domestic Liquidators Can't Compete on B-Stock
This is a warning to anyone hoping to use this platform to grow a genuine domestic liquidation business: they have sold out the American liquidator and destroyed the profit margins.
The core problem is the platform's willingness to allow Freight Forwarders (FFs) to dominate their auctions.
These FFs are not local resellers. They are companies paying near-MSRP (often 80-90% of retail price!) just to avoid complex taxes and customs duties in their home countries overseas. They immediately re-crate the stock and ship it out of the country.
The Consequences:
1. Ruinous Pricing: FFs push the bidding so high that there is zero margin left for any domestic small business. If you are a U.S. liquidator trying to make a living on a 30-40% margin, you simply cannot compete with a company willing to pay 85% of MSRP. It has fundamentally ruined the profitability of using this service domestically.
2. Betrayal of Purpose: These items are U.S. returns and overstock. They should be flowing back into the U.S. secondary market to support our economy and provide cheaper goods to local consumers. By allowing FFs to instantly ship them abroad, the platform is prioritizing a quick buck over supporting the thousands of small businesses that built the liquidation industry here.
Allowing FFs to pay these exorbitant prices shows that this platform's priority is maximizing their take and the retailer's immediate profit, even if it means permanently ruining the "American dream" of liquidating for the people who actually helped build this service. It's a true shame.
------------------------------------------------------
We demand the creation of a strictly "U.S. Domestic Buyer Only" marketplace area.
Rule: A minimum of 25% of all major U.S. retailer inventory (Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.) must be allocated to this protected pool.
This separation is necessary to restore profitable margins for U.S. liquidators and ensure U.S. returns flow back into the U.S. consumer economy.
BSTOCK don't forget where you came from, we built you and you sold us out!
Response from B-Stock SolutionsNov 25, 2025
We appreciate you taking the time to share such a detailed perspective. It’s clear you care a lot about the U.S. secondary market and the future of small domestic liquidators, and we fully respect that.
We do want to clarify a few things based on what we see across the platform:
• Freight Forwarders make up a much smaller percentage of buyers than this post suggests. Most of our buyers are domestic U.S. resellers of all sizes, including the many small businesses that have grown with us for years.
• As a whole, the idea that FFs regularly pay 80–90% of MSRP isn’t reflective of actual performance. If liquidation inventory consistently sold at that level, every major seller in the world would immediately move 100% of their stock onto B-Stock. That’s simply not what’s happening.
• Some marketplaces permit freight forwarders, and others restrict them entirely. Where retailers request domestic-only buyers, we enforce it and have very strict requirements on FF's.
That said, we genuinely value your suggestion. There’s room for ongoing discussion about creating buying environments that better support smaller U.S. liquidators, and your feedback will be shared with the team responsible for marketplace policies.
We want all legitimate resellers, large and small, domestic and international, to succeed. Thank you again for speaking up and pushing for improvements. Your voice matters in shaping how this industry evolves.

BStock Amazon Return Pallet Auctions
I had two pallets I paid over $3000 for. I got two giant cardboard boxes with an open top. All they did was throw items in the two boxes each 48X40. Everything at the bottom and some items throughout the box ended up getting crushed. There were items that burst open and leaked throughout the box. The item that was most expensive was not as described and not worth the amount. Worse, there was a sticker on the item saying does not match. So they knew and sent it anyways. The customer service chat person told me to wait 7 days before submitting a claim. The rules from BStock say you have five days to submit the dispute. Fraud! I dont have the time to look inside each return to see if boxes or toys are missing item pieces.
Responding to response below:
I still have not heard back from anyone and probably wont until the five days are up so they can find something in the contract to not have to reimburse me for these items. I cant review all 600 items, take pictures, and upload them in five days. There website does not have anything to upload pictures or point them to a google cloud or icloud website. I am the one that told the second chat person about the 5 days and figured out the first person was lying to me myself. The website gives very little text box space to describe the issue on the return form and there is no way to upload or give my photos. Dispute was filed on 11/5/2025. Not 11/6/2025. Maybe I will put together a youtube video documenting the experience.
Response from B-Stock SolutionsNov 7, 2025
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how disappointing it must have been to receive pallets in that condition. That’s not the experience we want for any of our buyers.
We did confirm that you opened a dispute today (November 6), and our mediation team is now reviewing your case. I also reviewed your chat history—one representative mistakenly told you to wait seven days before filing, but another correctly clarified that disputes must be submitted within five business days of delivery. The agent who provided the incorrect information will be coached to prevent this from happening again.
Please know that we take your feedback seriously. Our goal is to be a trusted partner in helping you grow your business, as we’ve done for many other buyers. Your dispute will continue to be reviewed so that we can work toward a fair resolution for all parties involved.
