For the most part, B-stock is a great place to purchase liquidation inventory. However, they do not have a buyer-friendly freight claim processes. No one wants to take responsibility for lost freight. For example, I purchase a lot of 2 pallets with a retail value of 20K and I paid 2K. Great deal. However, when my freight was lost for 2 months before one of my two pallets where located, the freight claim process was long and the resolution was ridiculous. I received 40% of my retail value on one pallet and was given a $108.00 credit for the lost pallet. The math makes absolutely no sense. That does not even cover the freight for the one pallet that I never received. Very poor communication throughout the entire process. And once they did come to this resolution, I was not notified. The credit was posted months latter to my account. This experience does NOT by any means stop me from continuing to purchase from them. They are a great company, even great companies have room for improvement. And this is it.

I like Bstock because I am able to get the products witch is cheaper that regular Suplier . And is good to see they care about buyer . There are some problem in communication between buyer and seller. Normally takes a long time for seller to respond. Also the are lots of restrictions for foreign buyer

The platform is great. Easy to use and has a large variety of inventory to choose from that is ever changing. The only issue is actually because of the sellers. Sometimes the descriptions, pictures, manifests are not clear. Occasionally, an auction is so unclear I cannot tell what is actually being sold. I like the option to ask the seller questions that appear on the actual auction. That is a convenient feature most auction sites don't have.

I enjoy browsing this site. When I go and search company’s by name (Costco, QVC) I found they are very honest in there listings. They give you a manifest and show exactly what you are getting. However when I bought from auction that had no manifest I felt they were dishonest and the resolution from Bstock was not fair. I was very disappointed in that purchase and would not buy from again. I now know to stick with manifest auctions. Other than that one bad sale every other auction has been very smooth with no problems.

I have had a few problems with SELLERS. When the problem is presented to them they was PROMPT to refund my $$ on a item that the SELLER was misleading on.

I have to say I read all of these reviews and dont agree with any of them. We have been buying from Bstock for over a year now. Every time there is a problem it gets handled immediately.. missing items which has happened on 2 or 3 occasions were made good on by the Merchant. The only thing I can say bad is that I wish they would take credit card.
