I placed an order from B-Source before I had seen any reviews. After reading the reviews I almost didn’t pay for the auction I had won. However, I’m glad I did. I cannot speak to most of the bad reviews on here, I have some idea as to perhaps what when wrong, but my experience was great. I won an auction for 5 pallets from QVC, and I received exactly what I expected to receive. I had a manifest from the auction, and I received every single item on the manifest and even a few items not listed. Everything was the quality I expected and overall I couldn’t be happier with my first purchase. I would suggest that if you’re bidding on auctions here, you should pay very close attention the what you’re bidding on, I haven’t purchased from anyone but QVC, so I cannot say this applies to other vendors on here, but in addition to the manifest they listed the exact quality I was to expect. I bid on B quality merchandise so I knew I was getting customer returns that may or may not have all the original packaging, and may have signs of usage. Which is exactly what I received, in fact out of over 128 items, only one was damaged to the point I couldn’t resell it. B-Source made the sales and delivery process easy, thanks for everything, I look forward to my next purchase.
