Hi Soyna, I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your help in resolving my shipping issue with B-Stock. After multiple calls to customer service where I was told the problem was resolved—only to find out it wasn’t—I was fortunate to be connected with you. Your professionalism and dedication stood out immediately, and you took the time to fully understand my concern about arranging appointments with the shipping company before they send trucks to my warehouse. Thanks to you, the issue was finally addressed, and I feel relieved and appreciative of the exceptional support you provided. Thank you once again for going above and beyond!
