The customer service at B-Stock has been truly excellent. While there were some major communication issues with my email address initially, we were able to resolve things over the phone, which I really appreciated. Kristi and Alice have both been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the process. Recently, I’ve had a couple of uncommon disputes, and I was impressed by how honestly and fairly they were handled. I’ve unfortunately come across some sellers on the platform that didn’t seem very trustworthy—but I want to be clear, that’s not a reflection of B-Stock itself. My only suggestion would be to more closely monitor sellers with consistently poor reviews and take appropriate action where needed. It would also be a great improvement to have a feature that allows direct messaging on or off the platform to streamline communication. Overall, I’m grateful for the support and look forward to continuing to use B-Stock!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! We're really glad to hear that Kristi and Alice were able to support you with care and professionalism, your kind words mean a lot, and we'll be sure to pass them along to both of them. We appreciate your feedback on seller quality and communication tools as well. You're spot on that keeping the marketplace trustworthy is a top priority. One of the best ways buyers can help is by using the seller rating tool on our Supply site. those ratings help us identify patterns and hold sellers accountable. We're so glad to have had you as part of the B-Stock community these past six months, and we’re looking forward to many more ahead. Thanks again for your feedback and support!
