Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

I had an immediate response to an adjustment that was needed on the height of the chair. I called one day and Steve was here the very next day.

Professional behavior by all the employees I had contact with before, during, and after the installation

I was able to schedule an appointment with a representative shortly after inquiring. It helped that I already knew what I wanted, but he still gave a thorough explanation of products and options, and was able to take measurements that day. Production time was on the lower end of what I'd been told to expect. Installation was scheduled promptly; installers were skilled and friendly and explained operation of the equipment before they left.

Installation was fast (about an hour) and the result is great. My mom can now stay in her 2 story home. The lift is very easy for her to operate.

I am very well pleased with the stair lift, as it makes it much easier to get up and down the stairs.

the tech was excellent at his work and very polite and professional.he explained the entire op to us and kept us informed of all ops and was very courteous

My chair lifts were installed a few days ago. I am living at a temporary residence with no stairs and on a single level. In anticipation of my move back home this weekend, I took a trip to the condo to see the installation and do a ride up both sets of stairs. Wow, was I impressed. They are a smooth transit and I felt very comfortable on them. I particularly liked the automatic swivel option and the safety features. I recommend this product for anyone looking to continue living comfortably in their home after a disability.

All facets of the process were smooth; online presence, vendor communication, and installation.
