Contact the local representative and they respond quickly with the details of the equipment installation warranty and pricing. Show up on the appointment day and install the stairlift. The installer has very good experience and explain about the operating, safety and warranty. We saw this Bruno stairlift installed at our friend's place, try it and decided to install at our house. We installed this in mid April, 2025. We are happy with this stairlift running without problem so far and we are using it everyday.

I replaced an older Bruno lift because of the future unavailability of parts, if ever needed, so I replaced with a new model.

Installation was done but stair lift would not work. Installer had to order replacement parts but stair lift stopped working again after a few days. Installer returned and made adjustments. Seems to work fine now.

I love the Bruno moving chair system, the ones I have both indoors and outdoors. My only desire is that the chairs moved a bit faster--in the Portland, Oregon rain it feels somewhat too slow. The speed problem excepted, everything works beautifully. The company I worked with (Bearson) has been efficient, courteous, and helpful at every stage, from our initial contact to the final installation.

Stairlift does what it’s supposed to, but it’s not a magic bullet. There’s still a need to assist my Parkinson’s challenged spouse up and down the stairs and I had hoped for some independence for her. But the installers at Spinlife did a GREAT job, a really professional install that was handled while we were 3000 miles away. Can’t say enough about their flexibility and accommodation.

Not part of decision to install stair lift. Still undecided overall. It is functional, however, noisier than expected.

Shipping and coordination with a local support company for installation of the lift was great! The lift is sturdy and comes with webbing and hooks to lock the mobility device onto the platform. A different model of the same lift comes with an arm that locks the mobility device to the platform which would be much easier to accomplish. Regardless, we love the scooter and rack!

The Bruno chairlift works and I had it serviced March 2025 and I noticed it sounds like the metal is grinding against something when I am on it.
