Responsive and professional!

The representative that sold this stair lift me, Don, was absolutely fantastic! He was very personable and attentive and straightforward, and did a great job with installation and was very prompt in installing. The stair lifts are a godsend! I really needed to have them installed because I have a bad knee. I could not be happier!

The stairlift works well, and is reliable.

Connor, the project manager was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. Mike, the chief installer was great at putting the unit into my home and showing me how it works. I love my chair lift. I use it several times a day and I used to only use the stairs once a day.

Professional installation and high quality product. Comfortable seat.

Very nice lift. One month in, smooth, quiet and reliable. Nice tight profile as well leaving the stairway accessible to others when the chair is folded up.

I can now get to my basement with ease. This allows me to stay in my townhome.

The stair lift works very well. The turn around for installation was fast. We are very comfortable and more confident now going up and down the stairs.
