Piece of crap , stay away
i have used this stairlift for 6 months now. It is a terrible product. the remotes work sometimes, and do not work at other times. It is frsutrating. I have tried all options to change batteries, contract customer service and escalated , alas after spending $2500 on this piece of crap, i am getting ready to return it. The lift itself is very sensitive, and any person touching any other part of the lift will render it useless. of course not installed well by the installer is another problem.

I have had my Bruno two months they…
I have had my Bruno two months they replaced one motor for the chair to rotate and now A sensor boardwent out everyone said Bruno was the best so I bought it I hope I get happier as a fix the problem Steve

Very unhappy!
Not working properly. Extremely noisy. A surge at top. Had oNE ten years...same steps no problem.

Beware of Local Franchise for Poor Customer Service!
I have no issue with Bruno but am writing this to warn potential new customers to check out their local Bruno Franchise for customer service after installation. The local franchise in the Lynchburg, Virginia area, Independent Lifestyles, has been totally unresponsive for over five weeks to come out and service the batteries and determine other causes for my lift chair not working. They promised to come out and after I called once each week to confirm an appointment, they cited they were too busy, but still said they would service the chair. After five weeks with no visit, I called Bruno, and even they could not get Independent Lifestyles in Madison Heights, VA to service the chair. Beware of poor after-sale services!

Terrible service chairs last 1 yr only
It takes months to get our Bruno stairlift repaired. We have owned two Bruno stairlifts and both had problems within their first year of use. The real problem is having to wait for a minimum of three weeks for repairs and paying for the service technicians drive time to my house. $700 just to drive to my house plus there is always at least one $1000 part they say needs replacing. After all repairs we have ever had the chair still never works right and we call to get back on the waiting list for service. It's terrible.

Excellent stair lift when it is…
Excellent stair lift when it is working. Ours died 5 years ago, service unavailable, and you can't buy parts to fix it yourself.
