The gentleman who installed the stairlift was very thorough.

As a Veteran myself, the first thing that jumped out for me was this was a Veteran developed and owned business which was important to me. The second important thing was that it was made in America. The third thing in my decision were the excellent reviews the stairlift received compared to the competition. After having it for about a month I can clearly see I made the correct decision. I have MS and balance is a big issue especially going up and down stairs. My Bruno stairlift eliminated that issue for me. It is easy to use and works well. The Bruno stairlift gets my highest recommendation!

We purchased a motorized wheelchair

I love my Bruno stairlift!! I've had it for about two months and it has doubled my living space. Before the stairlift, I would stack things by the stairs and only go to the lower level once a week or so. Now, I can go downstairs whenever I want.

The installer, Mathieu Stoker, was great. He was efficient in the installation, provided me all the information I needed, including his personal number, in case anything came up, and didn't mind my parent's messy house. My dad, unfortunately, hasn't been able to use the product due to a fall he took right after surgery, but I hope it will soon start to get used regularly. It is not an inexpensive investment, but having it installed by someone knowledgeable and adept at installation was completely worth it; it would have taken me days for me to DIY.

Good good service

We walked in with very little knowledge of Bruno. The sales girls were very helpful answering all of our questions as if they had invented it themselves and including demonstrating the Bruno. We did not buy it for almost a year as we wanted to check other brands too. We did go back to Bruno again and still finding the sales person with the same helpful attitude and what we now believe to be lthe best product. We did check other products before buying. Installation seemed to be with ease by the installers and they left no debris. Very polite. Enjoying the ease of use every day now. No more stairs!
