True to word. Very efficient and professional. Stairlift is wonderful

Shaun did a great job installing, quickly and no mess. The chair lift works well and is perfect for our situation. Great price too.

I love my Bruno Elite Stairlift. It is a wonderful addition to my life. It is a personal energy saver, a renewed access to upstairs living, and a welcome relief of pain in managing stairs. It is unobtrusive, quiet, and reliable. The process of ordering, refining, and installing took exactly five weeks with comforting and professional communication along the way. Thank y ou!

It only took about one hour to install. I like that it’s made in USA. Works great! And we had it installed just in time, as I am having foot issues.

I don't know anyone who owns a stair lift (indoor or outdoor) so I was totally in the dark. My husband has rheumatoid arthritis for 30+ years and is in declining health. I went online to get as much information as I could and every search pointed me in the direction of Bruno for our needs. I reached out to our local Bruno dealer and I feel like we have won the lottery! From the moment of presentation of the product through installation and everything in between, we feel like we could not have made a better choice. The product speaks for itself and is EXACTLY what we needed! Our new outdoor stair lift has made both myself and my husband much safer getting into our home and works like a dream. There are no words to express our gratitude to our local dealer and his employees. If you look up customer service in the dictionary, you will see their pictures! They are Bruno's good will ambassadors who have the good fortune of working with an excellent product.

It started with first contact, your salesperson, and continued with the timely promised follow up services (In our case, an electrical wall outlet installation was needed, and that three man electrical crew were professional and top-notch). The installation of our Bruno Chair Lift (rails, etc) was done quickly and expertly, with full explanations of operation, use and maintenance for the chair. The Bruno Chair is comfortable and has ‘user friendly’ controls and features. We both like the ‘paddle’ two way start switch located on the outside of the right arm, the ascent and descent speed, the relative quietness of the geared transport, and especially appreciate the compactness (fold ability) and minimal footprint when not is use. Oh yes, it comes with two remotes: one for downstairs and one upstairs, which can recall the chair as needed.

The technician was very skilled and more than willing to help. He went out of his way to check everything and adjusted my wheel chair, ramp and lift to make it work. I am thankful for his professional manner.
