I should’ve given you five stars…
I should’ve given you five stars because I realize the only reason I didn’t was because of the technician from the company who was capable and knew his product but didn’t follow through on a couple of things, which was not your fault. For starters I just came through hell with my Harmar lift and a mobility unit out of Detroit. The lift was nothing but a pain in the ass and I went through two of them. Anyway, I love my Bruno. I love how quiet it is. I love how easy to use it is. I love the key cover to keep the keyhole, clean, and the magnet bar. I wish the bar would crunch down a little bit more than it does because I had a problem with that with the Harmar, but it still is working perfectly so I’m not complaining. I’m just jittery.. I love that you have a locking bar with handle and not a stupid cotter pin that vibrates itself out like my Harmar did repeatedly. I’m just very happy with it. I’m proud to own it after what I’ve been through.

Could be better if you have enough time to teach us how to use/maintain the starlift
The stairlift is simple and works. The installer installed this stairlift first time. He spent lots of time for troubleshoot. So, he simply showed us how to operate, then left. Now the lift is not as smooth as before. It is noisy sometime.
