My husband had some sudden health issues that made stairs difficult. The installation of the stair lift made a huge difference for him. They were installed quickly and easily. They are easy to use and operate quietly.

The purchase of the rail lift at $1,900.0 seemed to me to be a bit steep, however I needed it because the rail stuck out over the basement bathroom door by 12 inches (doorway was 24 inches), which was A tripping ,magnet. Otherwise, it works fine and the installing couple were very personable and helpful and knew what they were doing. It was the salesman who didn't follow through with his business. He never came by to see the finished product or call to see how it was doing. He told me that because i didn't order the rail lift at the same time of the two chairs, the cost would be 25% higher....hard to believe!

Great stair lift . So glad we purchased them . The one with the fold up goes real slow for the first few feet

The installation and service by Transition Lifts of Lex Ky was top notch and quick. They came when they said they would and did a great job. My complaint is with the &145.00 I had to pay extra for the bigger foot rest on the Bruno Elite stair lift. It truly is not that much bigger. My wife cannot bend her legs enough to get her feet far enough back on the footrest. She has neuropathy in her feet and has trouble "finding" her footing. She has caught her foot on the stairs more than a few times. This option by Bruno should come standard or made much larger. We have only had it for a few months so I can't speak to durability yet. All in all it is still a good unit and I would recommend it.

It has a bumping in the middle of the track

I gave Bruno a 4 because of only one thing. The foot rest is too far under the seat and it gives me a cramp in my thighs to tuck my feet back. I just put my heels on the footrest but not too comfortable. Otherwise it is wonderful as it allows me t use my beach house.
