i believe that that they are a very good company, but short of adequate help with both installation and service. I would not wish to change providers and believe that that in the long run they are very much appreciated.

BOUGHT THE ELITE WITH THE 'FLIP UP'. FLIP UP DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. TECHNICIANS CAME BACK AND REVISED INSTALLATION. TRANSITION FROM STRAIGHT RAIL TO FLIP UP IS STILL VERY ROUGH. TECHNICIAN TO ATTEND TRAINING IN WIS. IN MAY. HE WILL ADVISE BRUNO AND SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE TO MAKE TRANSITION MORE STABLE AND SMOOTH.

WISHED I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE BETTER UNIT, BECAUSE OF THE SEAT IS BETTER QUALITY. OTHER WISE EVERYTHING IS OK FOR NOW. WISH I COULD RATE THIS 5 YEARS FROM NOW. JUST GOT THE UNIT IN THIS MONTH (APRIL -2018). LINDELL AND CRAIG ARE GREAT.

Good product . No complaints. However, made in USA is true, but some parts made outside USA. Had a part that needed to be replaced in the first few weeks after purchase. The part was made in Mexico (labeled that way) and fell apart. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Thanks for the nice review. As clarification, over 80 percent of Bruno's supply base is US-based. That's quite unique. We proudly engineer and manufacture all our stairlifts in Wisconsin. Thank you for choosing Bruno!

Love Bruno stair lift. Had some difficulty with the remote. Needed installer come back about 3xs before it was determined the problem was with the batteries— need to be scratched before inserting into remote devise! Now— so-far-so-good.... Thanks , Eileen C. Reid
