Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

The stairlift has worked perfectly since installation. Your two installers were very professional and efficient

Very satisfied. We purchased and had it installed by Allmed in Liberty, NY. Very professional. 5 years ago we had a Bruno outdoor stairlift installed. Never had any problems with it. Great

The stair lift is great. Very sleek looking and occupies much less room on the living room steps than my old unit.

Excellent product. Great company called Nu-Trend in Moline IL.

Before purchasing our chair lift, we investigated and talked to other company reps for several months. As we analyzed the data collected, we decided our best option was to order the Bruno. The company rep was thorough in his explanation of the chair lift and answered all of our questions--treating us like a family member. No pressure to purchase, gave us a quote and told us to think it over and give him a call and he would bring the chair lift and deliver it at our convenience. We contacted him several months later, made a delivery appointment for installation. We anticipate many more years of use to provide us access to our den which is location on our lower level and to the remainder of our house on the upper level. We have been using the chair lift daily for several months and we have no complaints.

We surely try to lift

You met my requirements. I wanted a chair lift that could deal with a heavy weight person. I wanted a specific color to go with my hallway. You gave me a color chart so I could choose instead of the standard beige.i wanted a chair lift to stop and charge on all three floors. Also I wanted to be able to call the chair lift from any of the floors and it come to me. You gave me all my requirements. Thank you. Satisfied customer.

We are extremely satisfied with our chair stair. We only wish we could have put it in sooner. It has made us more independent which is a good thing at our ages. The installer did a great job installing it and explaining on how to use it. He was very experienced in his work. We have told many people about it. Thank you for having such a good product. Sincerely, John and Gloria Michelson
