They know what they are doing!!! Other providers have proven that they do not have a clue when it comes to repairing mom's stair lift. But this company has served us for many years with an antique stair lift up until it's demise and came in and replaces it very quietly and quickly with a new one. When the new one began to make unusual noises they came in and did the readjustments quickly and explained what was the matter to mom and myself in language we could both understand and there was no charge d/t warranty. Very pleased with this provider. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for your confidence in your devices. It makes mom feel supported!! And that's BIG. Lenore
