Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

We like the product.

The Bruno stair lift has been a great addition to our home, I am now able to use my finished basement family room that I haven't been able to use in several months. Kohll's Pharmacy was very prompt and efficient with their installation.

We have had the stair lift for two months and greatly appreciate the quality and engineering of the lift as well as the quite operation. The installation by Best House Medical was quick, efficient, and good operating information given. We have recommended Bruno to our friends

Excellent chair, a bit overpriced. Smooth ride up and down. Footpad could be a bit longer (I got oversized one). Consider wrap around top and bottom to open up stairs for others. Would like to see charging of batteries when chair is parked at any point. Installation very easy, stair mounts make it very unobtrusive. Installed week of Thanksgiving, haven’t climbed the stairs since.

I really am happy with your product safely transporting me up and down the stairs highly recommended if you have mobility issues

Quality product. Working fine...only wish that I could adjust the speed a little. Just recommended the unit to one of my friends today. Don't know how I got along without it all of these years struggling up the stairs..

So far, I find my Bruno meets all of my expectations. It was installed quickly with no mess. It takes up little space and is very easy to operate. I am very happy with it so far.

As for the contact person I would give five stars, as for the price I would give five stars. As for the chair and the contruction of the rail i would give that five stars, for right now, time will tell how well it wears as it is used. My one problem is the hand remotes are very small and you must hold the arrow down very tightly and with hands that have arthritis it is difficult. I use the chair to send my laundry and groceries down stairs and then my husband takes them off and then I go down and do what I have to do in the basement.
