The installers were very professional and courteous. The chair lift works great, comfortable, and smooth. Without a doubt would recommend Bruno to anyone that needs this type equipment.

My wife and I had the Bruno stairlift installed a little more than a month ago. We are both in our 80's and she now has health issues that have limited her physically. We have a 2 story home with bedrooms upstairs, and very much wanted to remain in our own home. The Bruno stairlift has solved this problem completely. It is easy to operate and very efficient. Absolutely recommend it.

I'm an Engineer by trade, so I was careful to pick a stairlift that had superior quality and finish. I initially contacted Acorn, because I'd seen various ads on television. During the call, I had great difficulty hearing the person because of the excessive amount of background noise. I was told that there was currently an office party in progress, (9:30 A.M.?) and everyone was busy, but they could have someone get back to me. That episode was the end of my interest in anything to do with Acorn. I then contacted my local dealer for Bruno, who sent out their installer (14yrs.) who provided me with all the information I asked for, as well as inviting me to their showroom/warehouse to see a Bruno installed on an actual mockup stairway. When I looked the unit over, and saw the demonstration, I was sold. We had two lifts installed, and could not be more pleased with the operation, and the quality of install.

For 8 years I had a Bruno stairlift which was a Godsend for me. It kept me from having to move to an apartment or one level townhouse. I had some problems with this first one, quite a few service calls for one thing or another. I think it was an older model at the time. Also it had colors to watch for battery that would light up if good or weak, and the chair would beep for each of the problems. Now during this last year I had another Bruno installed and it is so much better. Evidently it had been improved. It is quieter, does not have those beeps to check, is more comfortable. Also the track is more narrow so more space for the walkers to go up and down. (It does beep when you get to the top or bottom which is good.) I think I'll have this one for a good long time without service calls. The price is about $3,000 and a little more for installation, so that hasn't gone up - as more people buy them and need them the price should stay about the same. Well worth it, rather than have to move.
