I had to purchase two stair lifts because you did not offer a one piece unit with the automatic lower rail lift as you had provided with the two piece. The units work fine we have no negative comments.

Installation was great,as was the crew. However, two or three weeks later, I had sporatic problem running the chair-lift up and down...it works okay with the remote but not all the time with arm switch...called and tech walked me through, at which time it was working...he said I had to make sure lever on the side was locked in place before I went up and down...I've been doing it but I still have sporatic trouble...I'm afraid if it keeps up, it could lead to more serious problems down the road. Very good design with tight packaging with vertical rail, robust mechanism and comfortable chair. Normal operating noise level is ok. Squeak from carrier rubbing rail needed fixing with washer/shim adjustment. Chair and carrier needs to be modular for easy removal from rail to enable full stair opening to move items up and down stairs when chair is not in use.

Install was okay but installer broke the head off one of the bolts. He said he could fix it but would involve drilling out and adding new bolt. I called VA PCP AND BRUNO IN FEB to repair. No response yet.

We wish there additional, faster speed settings - it takes too long to get downstairs to the door, and for the seat to rotate at the top of the stairs.

Stairlift works well but speed of decent is not reliable. Most of the time, speed is reduced when you reach the half way point, but not always. Other times you have to travel almost to the bottom before speed is lost. On occasion no speed is lost. This is very annoying.

It is a blessing for me to use goinup and down the stairs. The only negative I have is the roughness of the ride in just before the curves going up or down. Otherwise it’s super.

My wife really likes the chairlift but it a little noisy.! Michael Cocchiaro
