Chair lift works great but seat is to high for a short person. My wife has a hard time getting in it.

The installation and the stairlift are good. The only regret I have after installing it is that I previously had a (homemade) stairway package lift that I had to remove, which was based on a garage door opener and was much handier and faster for groceries and other items than using the chair. With the chair there is less room on the stairs than before and I have to hold the remote button down the whole time it is going up or down.

Would like to see the seat fold all the way up.Think the installers should have mounted 1 inch closer to the wall. Have to be careful my knees do not hit the newell post.

After an initial misunderstanding with one of their franchisors, Bruno became involved and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Thank you Bruno

It is noisey . . . like it is skipping gears.

Would like to have a little control over the speed of the unit. Sound alert when unit is at the top of the steps should be silent when the chair is turned for disembarkment Other than the above criticisms a would give the product five stars

So far, so good!! I find it a bit slow if I am fetching the chair up or down if it is not where I am, which happens because we are having to store it at the bottom so that people can get by it, coming up from basement. It works as advertised, so we are happy with that!

Lift is comfortable and powerful. Would have given a 5 but when the chair rises along the rail and it goes onto the extension the chair tips forward like a dip on a roller coaster. Had the installer look at it, he said it would be fine but my wife is uncomfortable with it. Also the remote control should have a button that stays down so you don't have to keep it pressed down
