The whole experience was wonderful. Tom was exceptionally professional and the warmth and humor he displayed with my mother was so appreciated. Likewise, the installation was quick and completed in a professional manner. The two technicians took their time orienting my mother on all aspects of the unit and only left after they were comfortable that she understood how to safely use be it. Again, I cannot thank you enough for all you and the Bruno Stair lift system have meant to enduring my mother's ability to safely continue to live at home. Charles Higgins

Excellent service.

Very pleased with our stairlift....so far it has been great

This is my second Bruno stair lift. Had a straight stair lift for 12 years my second one is curved stair lift.

Bruno staff was excellent. A referrred carpenter was terrible. So far so good.

Quick and easy installment and feels so safe to use.

Sales representative was prompt to respond and informative. No pressure to sell. Order was promptly filled and installer was efficient and pleasant. Unit purchased is working perfectly after 30 days of use. I would recommend it.
