Perfect except I think the wiring should be heavier for out Ontario winters

Very happy with stair lift. The installer was very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend to others.

i am a large and heavy person so i purchased the elite chair lift. the indoor lift works exrtremely well, the outdoor lift i feel it is slower than my indoor lift i would assume the speed should be the same regardless of indoor or outdoor.

Installers were very social and listened to my concerns. The only “complaint “ is the distance from the wall and therefore real estate taken up on the steps. This was due to the door frame and no pinch requirements.

Makes noise going up and down empty. It has been treated on track and still makes noise.

Depth of seat gives less clearance on stairs than expected.

We are pleased with the stairlifts. However, the service was very slow and not all of our needs were taken care of.

1. The chair rides smoothly except when passing over the track joints where it is rough although the joints appear to be correctly aligned. 2. The hand lever for locking and unlocking the seat position makes a very loud noise when locking. Maybe a rubber pad for the locking pin to strike rather than the steel plate? I have to be extra careful when anyone is sleeping because it is loud enough to wake them. 3. The painted track looks as good as a structure of that size might but the unpainted heads of the connecting bolts and floor screws takes away from it. Plastic caps in the same color as the track would be a great improvement.
